team etc….

Contact us with your organization
Proposal should include:
- Name of Organization
- Number of potential attendees
- Store locations preferred
- Three potential dates for your event Monday to Wednesday
Once date is approved, Organization must advertise to create its own organic turn out
Fundraising customers must declare themselves to cashier, any sale amount from such order will be deemed a qualified sale
After given time frame has elapsed, qualified sales will be tabulated and your organization will received a check for 30% of proceeds within 14 business days
A W9 from your company must be provided to Smithfield’s for rebate payment to be made
