1. What type of franchise is available?

Generally, an individual franchise for a single unit restaurant is available. In certain situations we may consider entering into development agreements with qualified candidates.

2. What is the initial franchise fee and royalty payments?

Each new franchisee currently pays an individual franchise fee of $50,000 to acquire a franchise for the basic 15-year term of the franchise agreement. If you qualify, you may renew for an additional 10 years for an individual franchise fee of $5,000 and royalty payments of 5.5% of sales.

3. Do I have to work in the restaurant?

Yes. There needs to be an owner/operator in the franchise system with at least a 10 percent stake in the business.

4. What about advertising?

You must pay a Marketing Brand Fund of 1.5 percent of Gross Sales.

5. How much cash do I need?

You will need a minimum of $600,000 in net worth and at least $300,000 in liquid assets to qualify.

6. Will I receive help with site selection?

No, however you will receive demographic characteristics and other analysis to assist you and we must approve your site selection.

7. What size specifications are required for a restaurant?

Our building prototypes have land requirements ranging from 1.2 to 1.3 acres of usable property.

8. Do I have to buy my equipment from you?

Yes. You must buy your equipment from us.

9. Do I receive training?

Yes. All operating partners complete an intense 28-day training program.

10. Do I receive assistance in opening my restaurant?

Yes. In addition to your 28-day training period, an opening team will work with you for one week prior to your restaurant opening as well as one week after your restaurant is open.
